Location:
The conference will be held at the Aspen Center for Physics, 700 West Gillespie Street, in Aspen, CO 81611, USA. The medium-sized meeting, intimate feel of the facility (such as a common lunch and dining area) and ample of time during coffee/tea breaks will give this meeting a productive workshop character providing the basis for effective discussions and collaborations.

Since Aspen is a premier winter sports resort, we will give participants the opportunity to ski during three extended afternoon breaks. Discount afternoon lift tickets will be available.


Directions:
The Aspen aiport (FAA identifyer ASE) is just three miles from Aspen and has flights from four major cities: Denver, Phoenix, Memphis and Minneapolis-St. Paul. Airlines that serve the Aspen aiport include United Express, America West Express and Northwest Airlines. Shuttle buses to/from downtown Aspen are offered free of charge by the Roaring Fork Transportation Authority. Make your reservations far in advance since weekend trips to Aspen are popular. If all fllights are booked out, look into flying to Eagle County aiport.  Alternatively, you can fly to Denver Interbational Airport, rent a car and drive to Aspen. Accomodation:
We have made reservations for 60 single or double occupancy at The Inn in Aspen, a three-star class hotel located at 38750 Highway 82, Aspen, CO 81611. Rooms with one king and two queen sized beds are available and can be shared to save costs. The rate is $239.- pre room and includes breakfast and shuttle bus service to/from the conference venue. The Inn honors the same rate in case you would like to extend your visit over the weekend to go skiing.
