Under a perfect blue sky, the satellite atop the third stage, wrapped in light gray blanketing, towers 25 feet over the crowd watching intently as it is slowly rolled toward the launch tower just in frame on the right. (82K JPEG)

The Goliath Crane pushes the satellite (on the third stage) to the launch tower. The tower contains its own crane to lift it up to the top of the second stage. Once it's there, the rocket is complete.
